Here is our story. We have all been part of the music scene for most of our lives. Willie and Steve met in the early nineties through a mutual friend. Willie is a native of Chicago and moved to Wisconsin. Steve grew up in the middle of Wisconsin on a dairy farm near Oxford. They both recall the first time they jammed together, They knew they had something. Well over the course of many years they were in several bands and parted ways for a brief moment. Steve heard about a drummer named Brad Martens from Endeavor, WI. and they to soon were jamming and making music. Steve and Brad with Jason Garbacz on bass guitar recorded 4 albums of original music in the band Driven. Check it out here at www.drivenrocks.com. Meanwhile Willie had met Joe Miller who lives near Kendall. and they had started a band together called SpellBound. Eventually Steve decided to join and start a band with Joe and Willie while still in Driven. So the original F.O.G. band started in 2004 and the band started gigging. Eventually over the course of 5 or 6 years the band needed a drummer. Steve thought Brad would be a good fit and so it was. After a few more years F.O.G. needed a bass player. Willie knew Kevin from a previous band and thought he would be a good fit. And so it was. In 2014 the band decided to finally record some original music. They jammed and jammed for hours. And the Dare To Enter The Mist album is the result of some of those jams.
Listen to the music!! and enjoy. Rock On!
